It depends how the owner sets you up. You may use a shared plan, or link your own ChatGPT account on My account. Claude, Gemini, Grok and Cursor are granted by group membership — ask the owner to add you. You don't need a ChatGPT account for those providers.

Open Sign in with the email and password you set at sign-up. For the Android app, use the same credentials. If you have no plan yet, subscribe under Pricing before chat will answer.

Yes. In Chrome, Edge or Safari open the chat and choose Install or Add to Home Screen. On Android you can also install the native app from the App page.

My account shows your usage, linked ChatGPT status and password options. Org-wide invites, groups and keys live in Relayz Admin (owner only).

Relayz ChatGPT uses the same account default model, live web search and ChatGPT-style instructions as the app. Wording can still differ because models sample differently each time, and because Memory or custom instructions only set in the ChatGPT app are not shared — copy them into chat Settings → System Prompt if you need them.

The plan behind that model hit its limit. Relayz does not silently switch providers — wait for the reset or pick another model/provider you have access to.

Choose a Work model for files, or a Build model for a self-contained web app (index.html). Work ends with download links (7 days). Build auto-publishes to Sites and gives an Open your site link; manage or unpublish under Admin → Sites. See Features → Work.

Yes via MCP: ChatGPT (developer mode), Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Codex can connect to Relayz's MCP server to call models, notes and shared files.

Builders (and Team keys the owner creates) can have soft/hard monthly caps in Admin. When a hard cap is hit, that key stops until the period resets.

Android: download from the App page and sign in with your chat email/password — chats sync with the web. iPhone: use Safari → Add to Home Screen until an App Store build is ready.

Each Work job runs in a short-lived sealed container with capped resources and no open internet for shell commands. Details on Security.

Work files use unguessable links that expire after 7 days. Only images open in-browser; other types download.

Chat lives in your org's Open WebUI. The Relayz owner/admin can access the chat system for support — treat it as a shared workplace tool, not a personal vault.
